Since we are half way through the year I thought I'd give you a break down in sales throughout Nedlands from January till end of June to give you an idea of what the market has done:

There was a total of 12 sales in Nedlands for January. Usually January is a quieter month but throughout both December and January Nedlands produced a higher number of sales than previous years (January 2009 4 sales & January 2008 7 sales)
