Over the last several weeks a lot has been happening in the Nedlands real estate market. Confidence is back in the market and I'm sure most will agree with the amount of SOLD stickers up in the area.
What you will also notice in the up and coming weeks is a lot of new properties entering the market. Traditionally many agents hold back on bring on properties until the October school holidays are over as half the Western Suburbs are away on holidays! So be on the look out over the next 2 weeks for some great properties coming up.
What we are also finding in the Nedlands market is the home opens are been really well attended (for correctly priced properties) and majority of the buyers looking are genuine.
