Just a short update on how the last weekend (25.4.09) went. I had 4 home opens, all were well attended despite it being a long weekend. There seems to be a strong demand at the moment for land value residence and more recently improved/built up homes on larger blocks.
Currently i have a number of genuine buyers ranging from $1.1 million up to $4 million looking to buy in the Nedlands & Dalkeith area.
